The more baggage you are holding onto, the more difficult it is to find and hold onto someone who is different/better than past partners. We all have some baggage, whether from childhood or old relationships – that’s normal! But it’s up to you to
What better investment can you make than in yourself? Change yourself and you change your energy – and when your energy changes, so do the people who are drawn to you – for the better!
Great techniques and exercises for doing this are in my book, Build Your Dream Life, A Do-It-Yourself, Step-by-Step Guide. Check out the Personal Growth & Healing and Self-Sabotage chapters. Available on Amazon.
If you’re hanging onto an old relationship, a wishful relationship, or an unfulfilling relationship, release it now!
Do whatever grieving you need to do – even if it really hurts. Release what didn’t work so you’re ready for something better.
You can’t meet someone new if you are energetically attached to someone else. Your heart has to be free to be able to even see who is in front of you. Remember – you don’t have to let go of the dream you had for a bad or wishful relationship, you only have to let go of the reality! KEEP YOUR DREAM for when you meet your true soulmate.
We all do – it’s just the way it is. But you can change that! You can free yourself from past patterns so you can have a fresh, new opportunity to meet someone better. Exercises for understanding your patterns are in the Choice chapter of Build Your Dream Life.
30 years of research has uncovered the real secret to finding love: Cinderella cycles.
During Cinderella cycles, people see you in your best possible light. Your charisma and ability to make a good impression are at a peak. The more concurrent Cinderella cycles you are having, the more charismatic and wonderful you are perceived to be, and the greater your chances of meeting your Soulmate!
During Heartbreak cycles you can only meet a Heartbreaker, as with Jennifer Aniston (with Brad Pitt), Heather Locklear (with Richie Sambora), Britney Spears (with Kevin Federline), Heidi Klum (with Seal) and Scarlett Johanssen (with Ryan Reynolds). Blackout cycles are worst possible times for almost anything, including meeting new people. Blackout cycles are characterized by bad judgment and people seeing you in your worst possible light.
Nuclear cycles are also trouble. Relationships begun under Nuclear cycles are seldom a “fit” for you and you are likely to later find yourself with serious and irreconcilable differences.
Many Blessings and Much Love!
