Confidentiality & Privacy Policies

Magi Helena’s Confidentiality Policy

High-profile CEOs, political leaders, and celebrities are rightly cautious in consulting any type of advisor in this era of invasive media. However, living your life under extreme scrutiny and/or playing in very high stakes games makes it even more necessary to use every available means to make excellent choices and avoid very-public blunders.

Magi Helena enjoys numerous confidential relationships with notables and celebrities, and has made it her firm policy never to divulge:

● the identities of her clients
● the identities of any persons involved with her clients
● any other client information to any person under any circumstances

Divulging such information would be an irreparable breach of the confidence and trust that is the bedrock of Magi Helena’s relationship with her clients.

Magi Helena always signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with notable and celebrity clients prior to an initial consultation. There are several ways which notable and celebrity clients work with Helena:

● Initial contact may be made under an pseudonym with true identity furnished after signature of the NDA.
● Maintain a client pseudonym for internal office use, even though Helena requires all staff to sign an NDA with her to protect client confidentiality.
● If by telephone, a pseudonymous relationship may be also maintained with Helena at the discretion of the client. The only data which is required to be accurate is the astrological data.

It is always recommended that sessions be recorded for future reference, but this is optional. For confidentiality purposes, Helena can recommend telephone recording options from the client end, therefore keeping all recordings of sessions strictly within client control.

Special arrangements may be made for travel to your location – Westside LA to Santa Barbara by car, or beyond. Please inquire about travel here.

Retainer Clients enjoy special contact, availability and scheduling privileges. Inquire about becoming a Retainer Client.
