One great strength of science-based Magi Astrology is that it is accurate without a birth time!
When we have a birth certificate time, we use it, but many people don’t know their birth time. If there is a family member with a memory of the time, we can use that. If not, just don’t submit a time.
My calendars and reports are programmed so that if no birth time is submitted, they don’t use Moon for the person whose birth time is unknown, since Moon moves very quickly. It’s always better that a small amount of info isn’t used, than that the wrong interpretation or prediction be given!
