Yes, in Magi Astrology a Soulmate Linkage (Romantic Super-Linkage) requires 3 DIFFERENT planets. As long as there are 2 other planets in the linkage, both Chirons can be part of the Super-Linkage. Yes, in my Love Reports, Soulmate Linkages follow the same rules.
