Timing really is just about everything, and will predictably impact you in anything you do, including getting a divorce. Utilizing timing strategies during a divorce can help build cooperation and reduce stress and discord.
This is especially important if children and/or shared business interests are involved. To list every possible divorce strategy is too complex to describe in detail here, but here is some basic info.
Important divorce dates:
Initial filing – will impact how the process goes
Depositions if any
Mediation or arbitration if any
Hearings or other court dates
Final date
The most critical date is the date your divorce is final. This date becomes the Ruling Chart of your relationship with your ex going forward. If children or business interests are involved, then this date will affect many people, forever. The only way to override the final divorce date is to marry again (!!), so don’t let this be a bad date. Every state and country has its own rules about how this date is calculated, so strategies to lock in a great date vary a lot. Find out how this process works by calling the Court Clerk in your municipality.
Important personal cycles (transits) to factor in while selecting divorce dates:
Money
Cinderella (creates openness and buy-in)
Thinking and Decision-Making (know when you’ll make the best decisions)
Nuclear (creates resistance and bad decisions)
Blackout (creates heartbreak and bad decisions)
You can see why knowing all of these cycles for both of you are important as you go through a process of negotiation. Depending on your situation, these calendars could be of the most help:
Instant Personal CEO Calendar
This calendar gives you all the cycles and info you’ll need to choose the best available dates for yourself. You will need one calendar for yourself and one for your ex. The calendar key will explain how the various cycles will affect you both. Learn more here: https://magihelena.com/product/instant-personal-astrology-ceo-calendar/
Premium All-1 Calendar
This calendar gives you much more personal advice from me in navigating your divorce, month by month. You order the specific cycles you need (see above) and can see each day rated for each cycle. It would be most helpful to have this calendar for your ex too, but you might be able to get by with the CEO Calendar for them. The Premium All-1 Calendar is not an instant calendar, since I custom-make it for each client, learn more here: https://magihelena.com/product/astrology-all-1-calendar/
Divorce is tough, but as in all things, working with the stars makes things flow more smoothly and easily.
