In Arie’s natal charts you can see he’s a highly romantic man, but he can be emotionally needy and can even be addicted to love.
For Arie, “Love is the Drug.” 
He loves to love and needs a lot of reassurance. By expressing love, he gets back that reassurance he thrives on. Look at the Planetary Geometries in his Geocentric Standard Zodiac 12 chart:
A person (Sun) who is romantic (Chiron and Neptune) who can be selfish (Ceres) and is a confident, believable, charismatic communicator (Pluto, Vesta, Mercury)

In the Geo Declinations: A person (Sun) who can be insecure (Sappho). A highly sexual and magnetic person (Juno with Pluto) who breaks hearts (and the Saturn-Chiron Heartbreak Midpoint.)
Also in the Geo Deks: a highly-sexed man who needs excitement and change sexually (Uranus and Mars.)
In Arie’s Heliocentric 12 Longitudes we again see Geometry making him romantic and charismatic (Chiron) changeable (Juno) motivated by fear and anxiety (Sappho) but seeming to be a good person (Jupiter.) We also see a confident-appearing (Pluto) person (Earth) who can be selfish (Ceres again) and who can end things quickly (T-Square Neptune.)
Then in the Helio Latitudes: a non-conformist heartbreaker (Uranus and the Saturn-Chiron Midpoint parallel Earth).
These reveals also correlate with what we know about Arie’s romantic history.
Sorry ladies, this handsome heartbreaker is easy to catch but hard (or maybe impossible) to keep!
