Hello What do you think of Moon Neptune Midpoint? Especially in a synastry with Mars?
Hi, Firstly, just a basic: I never use Moon unless I have a timed birth chart. (I don’t ever use rectified charts, rectification is ALWAYS somebody’s guess.) Moon moves very quickly, and I would always rather have a little less information, than wrong information, upon which to base my assessments.
Moon-Neptune midpoint would represent a very sensitive, dreamy, non-verbal vibration in a person’s chart. Mars of course has a very direct, impatient and assertive vibe so the meeting of these energies has the capacity to be difficult.
A lot would depend on the type of aspect or geometry which connects these points. Easy, flowing aspects or geometry could make this quite a bit more workable within the relationship than hard aspects or turbulent geometry. Since neither of these points are Saturnian, contra-parallels, quincunxes and all Zodiac 7 aspects would be considered to be linkages and not clashes.
In addition, the natal charts of each person always dramatically influence how relationship aspects and geometries play out. Each person brings who they are to the table no matter what. In the situation you describe, if the Moon-Neptune person also has some more pragmatic natal aspects and the Mars person has some sensitive natal aspects, this situation would be easier. If the Moon-Neptune person is very abstract and diffuse overall and the Mars person is driving, demanding, and controlling, this would be harder to reconcile.
This aspect is unlikely be a major factor in determining the experience in and outcome of the relationship. Cinderella Linkages, Soulmate Geometries, Sexual Linkages & Clashes, Nuclear Clashes, and Heartbreak Clashes in the CAC are far more potent influences in determining relationship outcomes.
Another influence which must always be considered is the Ruling Chart of the relationship.
Lastly, this is a free-will Universe. Each of us has the power to choose, always, how we want to meet, comprehend, and respond to people and situations.
